Alexandre Chambon is an associate in Gide's Banking and finance team in Paris.
He acts on behalf of French and foreign lenders (credit institutions and debt funds), borrowers and sponsors in connection with structured finance transactions, mainly in project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and debt restructuring.
Before joining Gide, Alexandre worked at Linklaters LLP in Paris. Alexandre holds a Master 2 in Financial law and a Magistère in Private and public business law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
