Gide, counsel to Actility’s sellers in the acquisition of Actility by Netmore

Gide advised the sellers, including Eurazeo, the Ecotechnologies Fund managed by Bpifrance, and Creadev, of Actility, a Paris-based company and a pioneer in low-power wide-area network (LPWAN) solutions, in the acquisition of Actility by the Netmore Group, the world’s leading operator of massive IoT networks.

The team was composed of Axelle Toulemonde, partner, Donald Davy, counsel, and Pierre Lemaire, associate, on the M&A aspects; and Paul de France, partner, on the tax matters.

Trinity International acted as counsel to the acquirer, Netmore, with Giuliano Lastrucci and Martin Van Box Som.
