Gide advises RGREEN INVEST on the structuring of “RGREEN ENERGY TRANSITION”, an ELTIF infrastructure fund dedicated to financing the European energy transition.

Gide has assisted RGREEN INVEST on the structuring of “RGREEN ENERGY TRANSITION”, its first evergreen fund, approved under ELTIF 2.0, classified as Article 9 under SFDR, and accessible to private and retail investors through their life insurance policies.

This infrastructure fund aims to invest, in equity and debt, either directly or indirectly through funds managed by RGREEN INVEST, in low‑carbon or decarbonisation infrastructures, including renewable energy, low‑carbon mobility, industrial decarbonisation and energy efficiency. The fund is structured as a French fonds professionnel spécialisé.

The fund will be made available starting February 2026 as a unit of several life insurance and retirement savings plans distributed by French insurers.
