Gide advises Groupama on its subordinated Restricted Tier 1 perpetual notes issuance for an amount of €600 million
Gide assisted Groupama Assurances Mutuelles on its subordinated Restricted Tier 1 perpetual notes issuance for a total amount of €600 million, with an annual coupon of 5.750%.
The notes have been admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
