Gide advises Air France on the setting up of a joint venture with AAR

Gide acted as legal advisor to Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) in connection with the setting up of the joint venture xCelle Asia with AAR.

This joint venture located in Chonburi, Thailand, will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for nacelles on new generation aircraft.

Building on the success of AFI KLM E&M and AAR existing joint venture in the Americas, xCelle Asia will provide unparalleled service and support for operators in the APAC region.

The Gide team comprised Nadège Nguyen, partner, and Ghizlen Sari-Ali, counsel, on the M&A/Corporate aspects, as well as Jean-Hyacinthe de Mitry, partner, and Célia Revy, associate, on intellectual property matters.
