Gide advises Mindston Capital on a joint venture for the acquisition of Nailloux Outlet Village in southwestern France
Gide has advised French asset management company Mindston Capital on setting up a joint venture with pan-European real estate fund Patron Capital for the acquisition of Nailloux Outlet Village.
Nailloux Outlet Village comprises 72 stores and 110 brands, spread over a total area of 25,000 sq. m.
The Gide team was composed of partner Christopher Szostak and counsel Bertrand Garrandaux on the corporate and real estate aspects of the transaction.
