Iris Le Marrec is an associate in Gide’s Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions team in Paris.
She advises listed and unlisted companies on mergers and acquisitions, public offers and corporate governance matters.
Iris practised at the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. She is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and also holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Exeter and a Franco-British Master’s in Business Law from the University of Rennes.
Iris has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023.
