Aude Fourgassié is an associate in Gide's Banking & Finance team in Paris.

Its activities focus mainly on acquisition and corporate finance. It assists lenders (credit institutions and debt funds), borrowers and sponsors in corporate and acquisition finance transactions, including syndicated finance, leveraged finance and debt restructuring.

She is a graduate of Université Paris Ouest Nanterre la Défense (2016) and UCLA School of Law (2016). Aude was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 and to the New York Bar in 2017.
