Maïlys Dorandeu is an associate in Gide's Competition team in Brussels.
Her work covers EU regulation, competition law and public affairs. She has solid expertise in EU regulations. She advises clients in order to defend an interpretation of the texts in line with their interests or to challenge the legality of these texts before the competent courts. She also advises clients and defends them in the event of infringement of European legislation by competitors, Member States or European institutions.
In competition law, she assists clients with cartel and abuse of dominant position issues, for example in the context of complaints to the European Commission or the French Competition Authority.
Mailys obtained a Master degree in European Union law and litigation from the Université of Paris II - Panthéon Assas, as well as an LL.M in European Economic Law from Stockholm University.
