Maïlys Dorandeu is an associate in Gide's Competition team in Brussels.

Her practice covers EU regulatory law, competition law and public affairs. She advises clients in defending an interpretation of legislative texts that aligns with their interests, or in challenging the legality of such texts before the competent courts. She also advises and represents clients where European rules have been infringed by competitors, Member States or EU institutions.

In competition law, she assists clients on cartel and abuse of dominance matters, including in the context of complaints before the European Commission or National Competition Authorities. In regulatory and advocacy work, she advises and assists clients in the preparation of European and national legislation, as well as in post-adoption implementation.

Mailys obtained a Master degree in European Union law and litigation from the Université of Paris II - Panthéon Assas, as well as an LL.M in European Economic Law from Stockholm University.
