Auriane Maillard is an jurist in Gide's Projects (Finance and Infrastructure) team in Paris.

She advises sponsors, governments, development banks and financial institutions on the structuring, development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, particularly in Africa and Europe.

Auriane has been involved in projects such as photovoltaic solar power plants, wind farms, and cross-border hydroelectric facilities. She also works on highway projects, the construction of medical centers, and social housing developments. Auriane has also supported the M&A team on an acquisition transaction involving carbon credit projects, acting on the investor side.

Auriane holds a Master’s degree in Energy Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Institut Catholique de Paris, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from St Mary’s University, London.
