Louis Rivierre is an associate in Gide's Tax Law team in Paris.

Its activities cover French and international taxation of companies and individuals.

Louis recently advised Partech, Xange, Aglaé Ventures and Financière Agache in connection with the primary LBO of Skello, following Bridgepoint’s acquisition of a stake in the company, as well as advising Bureau Veritas on tax matters in connection with its entry into exclusive negotiations with Triton Partners with a view to the sale of its testing and inspection activities relating to petroleum and petrochemical products and coal.

Graduate of a Master 2 in Corporate and Business Law from the Nancy DJCE and of a certificate of specialised study in tax law from the University of Montpellier.
