Marie-Flora Mendes is an associate in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

She is specialized in venture capital and private equity matters, particularly in the new technologies sector. She advises French and foreign investors as well as growth companies.

Marie-Flora holds a Master's degree in Law and Financial Engineering from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2026.
