Gide advised VINCI Autoroutes, Eiffage, SFTRF and ATMB on their entry into exclusive negotiations with Brisa regarding the contemplated sale of 100% of Axxès

Gide has advised VINCI Autoroutes, along with its subsidiaries ASF and ESCOTA, Eiffage through its subsidiaries APRR and AREA, the Société Française du Tunnel Routier du Fréjus (SFTRF), and the Autoroutes et Tunnel du Mont Blanc (ATMB), on their entry into exclusive negotiations with Brisa – Autoestradas de Portugal for the contemplated sale of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Axxès, one of the leading providers of electronic tolling services for lorries, buses and other commercial vehicles in Europe.

The proposed transaction is subject to information and consultation with Axxès’ social and economic committee, and its completion is subject to customary regulatory conditions.
