Diane Odier is Counsel in Gide’s Insurance team in Paris.

She advises on domestic and cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions or reorganisations, which include insurance aspects. Diane is particularly involved in developing and negotiating transactional insurance solutions. She also advises financial institutions, insurance companies, mutual undertakings and insurance intermediaries on all regulatory matters relating to their conduct of business.

Before joining Gide, Diane held the position of head of legal in a global insurance group. Previously, she was a lawyer in Paris and Singapore with an international business law firm. Diane is a graduate of Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master 2 of Insurance Law) and holds a Specialised Master in International Risk Management from HEC. She is a member of the Paris Bar.
