Marcin Gutkowski is an associate in Gide's Coporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Warsaw. His practice covers legal advice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

His experience includes drafting transactional documentation as well as conducting and co-ordinating due diligence investigations. He prepares civil law contracts in M&A transactions, including share sale agreements, shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements. He also has experience in advising and providing corporate services to business entities, including companies and family foundations.

Recently, Marcin advised a private equity fund on the acquisition of entities operating in the medical industry. He also advised on the sale of an entity operating in the jewellery industry and provided transactional assistance to a company from the education industry on the sale of a controlling stake.

Marcin is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and an advocate entered on the list of the Warsaw Bar Association.
