The Moscow office of Gide represents the interests of a major Russian agro-holding, Damate, in the implementation of a joint milk production project with the Danone Group of companies.  The Letter of Intent signed at a meeting between the Russian and French Prime-Ministers, details the construction of several milk farms in the Tyumen Region and in the Republic of Bashkortostan, with an annual planned capacity of 200,000 tonnes per year, which will be sold to Danone factories.

The Gide Moscow team that worked on the project was headed by partner Boris Arkhipov and Maria Bykovskaya, senior lawyer. They advised Damate on a whole range of legal issues related to the implementation of the project with Danone, starting from the structuring of the deal up until its closing.
