Gide advises H.E.S. Beheer on the acquisition of ArcelorMittal’s share in ATIC

The Dutch listed ports logistical services provider HES Beheer has become the sole owner of ATIC Services S.A. (ATIC), after purchasing ArcelorMittal’s 78% stake in the company for EUR 155.4 million. ATIC is active in particular in France, Germany and Poland.

Gide advised H.E.S. Beheer alongside Loyens & Loeff on the French and Polish aspects of the operation, with corporate partner Karl Hepp de Sevelinges, Ingrid Fauvelière and Geoffroy Lacroix.
