Gide, counsel to Airbus Group on the sale of Cassidian Test & Services

Gide has advised Airbus Group on the sale of the majority stake in Cassidian Test & Services, its subsidiary specialising in the development and manufacturing of tests for aeronautical equipment, to ACE Management and the Institut régional de développement industriel (Irdi). Airbus Group will retain a stake of 33.5% in the capital of the company, which will be renamed Spherea Tests & Services, for the next three years.
