Gide, counsel to LVMH on its partnership with Repossi

Gide has advised group LVMH in the context of its partnership with Italian jeweller Repossi, whereby LVMH acquires a minority stake in Repossi.

Both companies decided on a partnership to enable Repossi to boost the development of its distribution network and to take advantage of the unparalleled experience of the world leader in high quality crafted products.

Gide advised LVMH on the intellectual property aspects of the deal, with a team comprising partner Grégoire Triet, Julie Pailhès and Marie-Léa Rols.
