Damian Biernacki is a jurist in the litigation and arbitration, personal data protection, new technologies and infrastructure projects teams at Gide Warsaw.
He specialises in advising on cybersecurity, personal data protection, privacy protection and new technologies. He also supports clients in the course of litigation, including litigation concerning infrastructure projects and criminal procedure.
He has experience in implementing data protection regulations, conducting cybersecurity audits and advising in proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. He has also participated in projects concerning the protection of intellectual and industrial property. He also has experience in representing clients in multi-threaded disputes, as well as in criminal proceedings.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and a trainee advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association. He also completed post-graduate studies: "Substantive and Procedural Criminal Law. Challenges of civilization and new technologies" at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
