Neyla Fandi is an associate in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Gide's Algiers office.
Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, setting up partnerships and joint ventures, reorganisations and, more generally, corporate and contract law issues. She regularly advises investors on their establishment in Algeria, from structuring to implementation.
She has worked on numerous investment and divestment transactions in a wide variety of sectors (pharmaceuticals, automotive, agri-food, energy and infrastructure, hotels, etc.).
Neyla graduated from Panthéon-Assas University Paris II in business law and banking & finance law. Before joining Gide, she gained experience at top-tier international law firms.
