Tomasz Roszczyc is an associate in Gide's "real estate" team in Warsaw.

He advises developers, investors, lenders and other companies active on the real estate market in all aspects of various real estate transactions and projects, including in particular on structuring transactions, due diligence reviews, acquisitions and sales (both asset deals and share deals), investment processes, commercialisation and asset management, sale & leaseback transactions, joint-venture projects, and negotiating lease agreements.

Tomasz recently advised, among others, BPI Real Estate on a joint-venture with a private equity fund related to the implementation of a high class residential project in the very centre of Warsaw, ECE on acquisition of site in a prime logistics location and implementation of a warehouse and logistic park project, and a defence sector manufacturer on the acquisition of land for the purposes of developing an industrial facility.

Tomasz completed the Real Estate Professional Postgraduate Programme, as well as postgraduate studies focusing on the legal and economic aspects of the investment process. He has been a lawyer at the Warsaw Bar since 2014.
