Anna Ratajczyk-Sałamacha is an associate in the "Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law" team in Gide's Warsaw office.

She specialises in corporate law and advises both Polish and international companies on various aspects of their business activity including in particular corporate matters, from advising on the appropriate form of the company/partnership for the planned activity in Poland, through establishing companies, partnerships and branches of foreign enterprises, drafting the entity's corporate documentation, preparing joint-venture agreements and shareholders' agreements, to group restructurings (mergers and transborder mergers, spin-offs and transformations) and other corporate finance modifications.

Anna has recently advised on various reorganisation projects, as well as on numerous corporate issues, including share capital operations, corporate governance, profit sharing issues, setting up new companies or branches - for companies from different sectors.

Anna is a graduate of Law at the University of Gdańsk. She also completed Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Law at the University of Warsaw. She is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
