Clara Piterbraut

Clara Piterbraut is an associate in the "Competition & International Trade" team at Gide Paris.
Her practice focuses on French and European competition law, distribution law and consumer law. She advises and litigates before the competition authorities (mergers, cartels, abuse of dominant position) and the commercial courts (unfair competition, restrictive competition practices, contractual disputes, compensation claims).
Before joining Gide Paris, Clara completed several internships with French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, as well as with the European Commission's DG Competition.
She is a graduate of the College of Europe in Bruges (LL.M in European Law) and the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in European Market and Regulatory Law). She has been a member of the Paris Paris since 2023.
