Guillaume Pichat is an associate in Gide's Structured Finance team in Paris.

He joined the firm in 2019 and primarily involved in real estate financing transactions (hospitality, offices, retail, logistics). Guillaume advises French and foreign financial institutions and sponsors on structured finance transactions.

Guillaume holds a Master 2 Business, Tax & Financial Market Law from the University of Paris XI and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2020.
