Hubert Karniewski is an associate in Gide's Litigation and arbitration and IP/IT teams in Warsaw.
He represents leading Polish and international companies in court and arbitration proceedings. He also advises clients on issues relating to intellectual property law, including patents and copyrights.
Hubert graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed post-graduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw and in Law of New Technologies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
