Mathilde Geneste is an associate in Gide's "Intellectual Property" team in Paris.

Her practice focuses on the various industrial property rights (patents, trademarks and other distinctive signs, designs and models), trade secrets and related unfair competition issues, both as counsel and in litigation.

Mathilde holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon - Assas and a Specialised Master in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
