Saad Chati is an associate within Gide’s Corporate/M&A team.

He advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and carve out transactions in France, as well as in various jurisdictions across the Middle East, North Africa and Sub Saharan Africa.

He also assists international clients on matters relating to foreign direct investment (FDI) control in France.

Saad is a graduate of the Université Paris-Saclay and the Université de Montpellier. He also holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter and the Franco British Magistère in Business Law from the University of Rennes. Saad was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
