Enzo Rossi is an associate in the Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions team at Gide Paris.

He mainly assists listed and unlisted companies on corporate law, M&A transactions, as well as governance issues.

Enzo has participated in several strategic transactions, including advising Mérieux NutriSciences on the acquisition of food testing laboratories from Bureau Veritas in 15 different countries. More recently, he has been involved in major public M&A transactions, including advising Legrand as initiator in the acquisition of a controlling stake in Cogelec followed by a tender offer and subsequent squeeze-out, as well as advising Believe as target company in the context of a public tender offer and subsequent squeeze-out (OPR).

Enzo holds a Master 2 in Business Law and an MBA from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
