Marcus Pierre-Fanfan is an associate in Gide's Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

He mainly advises on national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and leveraged buyouts (LBOs).

Marcus is a graduate of the Master 2 in Business Law, Corporate Structures and Activities at the University of Paris Nanterre. Before joining the firm, he gained experience in French and international law firms. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024.
