Irène Baltassis is an associate in Gide's "Intellectual Property" team in Paris.

She advises on and litigates in civil matters relating to trademarks, patents, designs and copyright, as well as unfair competition, before the French and European courts (including the Unified Patent Court). She works for clients in a wide range of sectors (telecommunications, fashion, sport, luxury goods, audiovisual, distribution, pharmaceuticals, etc.).

Irène holds two Master 2 degrees from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (General Private Law and Industrial Property). Before joining Gide in 2024, Irène gained experience with a number of leading law firms and the Paris Court of First Instance. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
