Ewa Żbikowska is a tax advisor at Gide’s Warsaw office. She specialises in international tax law, tax aspects of M&A transactions, the implementation of cash-pooling structures, as well as in the tax aspects of e-commerce.
She has been very successful in representing clients in tax proceedings before the administrative courts, winning a large number of cases, securing the tax interests of clients and achieving substantial tax savings. She provides day-to-day tax advice to companies from the FMCG, construction and e-commerce sectors.
Ewa graduated from the Law Faculty at Warsaw’s Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and holds a postgraduate diploma in tax and tax law from Warsaw University.
She speaks Polish, English and French.
