Carole Malinvaud est associée du cabinet Gide à Paris où elle coordonne les activités d’arbitrage international et préside le fonds de dotation Pro Bono de Gide. Inscrite aux barreaux de New York et de Paris, elle est intervenue comme conseil ou arbitre dans plus de quatre-vingt arbitrages internationaux ad hoc ou institutionnels, ainsi que devant les juridictions étatiques françaises, en relation avec des procédures d’arbitrage.
Spécialisée en droit du commerce international, et plus particulièrement en arbitrage international, Carole est intervenue récemment dans différents arbitrages en matière de construction, d’énergie et de défense, conduits sous l'égide de la CCI ou du CIRDI. Elle est également arbitre dans plusieurs arbitrages CCI et CIRDI.
Carole intervient régulièrement lors de conférences et est chargée d'enseignement à l'Université de Paris 2 et à l'Ecole de droit de Sciences Po. Elle est présidente de la Commission française de l'arbitrage international (ICC France) et ancienne présidente du Comité Français de l'Arbitrage (CFA). Elle a été élue au Governing Board de l'ICCA ainsi qu'au Conseil International de l’Arbitrage en matière de Sport (CIAS), et préside la Chambre ordinaire du Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS).
