Our expertise enables us to handle complex cases in mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, project financing, real estate, commercial dispute resolution and economic law.

Headed by partner Tim Theroux, teamed with partners Boris Arkhipov and Ekaterina Vilenskaya, our Moscow office comprises lawyers and legal consultants recruited from among the best specialists of business law. The team members work in Russian, English, French, German and Spanish.

Gide aims to always keep abreast of market changes and offers pragmatic, clear and innovative solutions to the local issues it handles. We regularly publishes newsletters on the significant changes in Russian law that could impact our clients' activities, and are committed to the modernisation of business law in Russia. To this end, we take part in various symposia and are called upon to become part of private or state-funded working groups.

Thanks to its longstanding presence in the country, the renown of its clients and the projects it works on, Gide has acquired impressive knowledge and experience of the Russian administration and is frequently in contact with most of the State's services, particularly the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Central Bank of Russia and several regional administrations.
