Gide advised Veolia Environnement on the issuance of approximately € 700 million bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new and/or existing shares (OCEANE) due January 2025, by way of a placement to qualified investors without shareholder’s preferential subscription rights.
Simultaneously, Gide assisted Veolia Environnement on the concurrent repurchase of its outstanding OCEANE due March 2021 for approximately € 650 million through a reverse bookbuilding process.
