Gide has advised the joint lead managers BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole CIB on the first listed private placement of a 235 million euro bond issue, including a €75 million tranche with a 6-year maturity and a 3.80% coupon, and a €160 million tranche with a 7-year maturity and a 4.0% coupon. Both tranches will be admitted for trading on NYSE Euronext Paris.
