Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999, Yan-Eric Logeais joined Gide in 2006. He specializes in employment law, social security law and complementary social protection law. Yan-Eric provides legal advice and litigation services to French and foreign companies, both in individual and collective employment law, criminal law related to employment, and on employment issues arising from company acquisitions and restructurings. He acts in social security contribution law and more broadly on issues pertaining to remuneration, as well as their social and tax handling (URSSAF inspections and related disputes in particular). He is also experienced in disputes arising from occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and gross negligence.
Yan-Eric is experienced in corporate savings schemes and pension plans (mandatory and optional profit-sharing schemes, company savings plans, collective retirement savings plan).
Yan-Eric assists institutions and companies in the legal management of their collective complementary welfare and supplementary pension coverage. He also works with companies in international employment law and social security law. Additionally, he assists public companies in the implementation of their specific healthcare schemes.
He teaches at the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne at Master's level on Employment law (Master 1 Droit social and Master 2 Juristes de Droit social) and Corporate Social Protection (Master 2 Droit de la Protection Sociale d'Entreprise).
Yan-Eric holds a postgraduate degree in Private Law from the University of Paris X-Nanterre.
