Tatiana Kirgetova is a senior associate who has been heading the tax, customs and foreign exchange control practice of Gide’s Moscow office since March 2000.
She has in-depth understanding of, and over 23 years’ experience in, international and Russian taxation, foreign exchange control and customs law.
Recent projects include: advising a major French telecommunication, information and security systems manufacturer on a gas project; a major European company on a Russian space project; a major European bank on several projects; and representing a Russian subsidiary of a leading European helicopters manufacturer on tax litigation.
She graduated from State Law Academy under the Ministry of Justice (Law Degree) and State Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (Economics Degree).
Tatiana is co-President of the Finance Committee of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce (CCIFR), a member of the Tax Committee of the Association of European business in Russia, and a member of the International Fiscal Association.
Tatiana Kirgetova was listed in The Best Lawyers in Russia in the 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions in Tax Law, and is regularly ranked and recommended by Legal 500. She is also recommended by Chambers Europe as Leading Individual in Tax from 2012 to 2018.
