Sébastien is an associate in Gide's "Employment Law"team in Paris.

He advises French and foreign companies, both as counsel and in litigation, on issues relating to individual and collective labour relations.

Sébastien has had the opportunity to advise French and international companies on a variety of labor law issues, both individual and collective (discrimination, harassment, working hours, unfitness for work, reorganization, redundancies). He has worked for a wide range of clients (pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, banking, metallurgy).

Sébastien holds a Master's degree in Employment Law from the Catholic University of Lille and a PhD in General Private Law from the University of Paris Saclay. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
