Sami Bennani joined Gide in 2020 as an associate within its Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group.

Specializing in real estate and corporate law, Sami acts primarily on real estate transactions and real estate financing operations.

Bejoire joigning Gide, Sami gained experience in the Corporate / M&A and Leveraged Finance departments of several high profile international law firms

He is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (MsC in Management & LLM in Law and Tax Management, 2017) and holds a Master's degree in business law from Université Catholique de Lille (2017).
