Robert Dulewicz, a partner at Gide's Warsaw office, heads the Gide Warsaw Capital Markets department.
He specialises in securities and banking law, with over 20 years of experience on the market. Robert has participated and supervised all types of debt capital markets transactions, including corporate bond issues, project bond issues, mezzanine financings and hybrid bond financings. He has prepared documentation and taken part in negotiations concerning many debt securities programmes on the Polish market, both private and public, including bond offerings for mBank, Getin Noble Bank, PKO BP, LOTOS Petrobaltic, TAURON Polska Energia, Enea or JSW. He also specialises in financing of infrastructure projects, including airports, railways and trams, and in the waste and water supply sector.
Robert graduated from the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University and from the British Centre for English and European Law organised at Warsaw University in association with University of Cambridge. He was admitted to the Legal Advisors' Bar in Warsaw in 2001. Before joining Gide, he worked for 10 years in the Warsaw and London offices of Clifford Chance, and more recently for 12 years as a partner at Dentons Warsaw, where he co-headed the Capital Markets department.
He speaks Polish and English.
