Patrick Ouart began his career as a magistrate. After a first experience in a ministry cabinet alongside Minister of Justice Albin Chalandon, from 1993 to 1995, he was the personal advisor for justice to Prime Minister Edouard Balladur. He subsequently joined the Suez group as Secretary General, before becoming a member of the executive committee and advisor to the CEO of group LVMH. From 2007 to 2009, Patrick Ouart was legal advisor to former French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, before returning to his previous functions within LVMH.
Partner in Gide's Dispute Resolution practice group, Patrick Ouart is a member of the White-Collar Crime team in Paris.
