Admitted to the Paris and Barcelona bars, Nuria Bové joined Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in 2004 as managing partner of the Paris office. She had previously practised in various firms in the United Kingdom, Spain and France. She specialises in foreign investments in France and business law, including international contractual law, international commercial disputes, arbitration, corporate law and financial law. Her most recent experience includes advising Spanish multinational companies established in France on both industrial and commercial projects, as well as on financial and banking restructuring transactions. She also advises French groups with interests in Spain and Latin America.
Nuria holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Barcelona, a degree in Public International Law from the Basque Country University, as well as a master’s degree in International Commercial Law and a postgraduate degree (DSU) in Commercial Law from the University of Paris 2.
She was vice president of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Paris from 2001 to 2013, and is its administrator since 2013. She is also vice-president of DIALOGO, the French association for Franco-Spanish friendship, and is in charge of the Franco-Spanish commission of the Paris bar.
