Maxime Ehrhart is an associate in the Employee Share Ownership team.

Maxime assists listed and unlisted companies with the structuring and roll-out of their employee share ownership plans (traditional or leveraged offers, via an FCPE, as direct shareholders or through other holding arrangements, etc.) in France and internationally, as well as on employee savings issues. He also advises on the structuring and implementation of remuneration plans (free share allocations, stock option plans, phantom shares, etc.) and on related corporate governance issues.

Maxime was adviser to the Minister for the Social Economy, Incentives and Profit-sharing, with responsibility for value sharing, employee share ownership, employee savings and retirement savings.

Before joining Gide in 2022, he was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in the team led by Sami Toutounji.Maxime is a graduate of the Magistère Juriste d'Affaires - DJCE at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and of Sciences Po Paris.He is a member of the Paris Bar.
