Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, Matthieu Ollivry specialises in financial and commercial disputes. He is also experienced in business criminal law.
Since 2006, Matthieu has handled a wide variety of banking cases (Madoff disputes, toxic loans, litigations between credit institutions) and commercial disputes (post-acquisition, conflict between shareholders, contractual liability, bank guarantees). He has assisted numerous French and foreign companies and their executive officers throughout criminal procedures (preliminary investigation, instruction, trial courts) on a variety of offences (mainly corruption, money-laundering, favouritism, fraud and slander/libel).
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris (2001), he was a lecturer there for 10 years. Matthieu acts in both French and English.
