Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Margaux Glinkowski is an associate within Gide's Competition & International Trade practice group. She deals with all aspects of national and European competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position and merger control) and distribution law (distribution networks, trade relationships, restrictive practices, commercial agency, etc.). She has also a thorough expertise in the negotiation and writing of strategic commercial contracts and consumer law issues (unfair terms, misleading practices, advertising, etc.).
She represents French and foreign companies, in both a litigation and advisory capacity before competition authorities and commercial courts.
Margaux is a graduate of King's College London (LL.M. in competition law) and the University of Rennes (DJCE - Master's degree in business law).
