Admitted to the Paris bar in 2004, Jean-Philippe Pons-Henry specialises in pre-action claims and litigation cases, more specifically in financial markets, corporate and business criminal law. Jean-Philippe acts in particular in finance-dominated disputes before civil, commercial and criminal courts.

Jean-Philippe is an Essec graduate (2000), holds a master’s degree in public and business law (2002 - Paris X-Nanterre), and is a Certified International Investment Analyst (2009).
