Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, counsel Isabelle Rouche specialises in international dispute resolution. She assists public and private entities before arbitral, national and international tribunals in all types of pre-action claims and disputes with international stakes.
She has developed significant experience in delimiting maritime areas (delimiting frontiers and the continental shelf) both in the pre-litigation phase by assisting States and economic players during bilateral interstate negotiations, and in the dispute phase by representing them before international tribunals.
Isabelle graduated from the University of Cambridge and Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University. She also holds a postgraduate degree in general private law from Paris West University Nanterre La Défense (graduated with Honours). She speaks French, English and Spanish.
