Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005, counsel Ioanna Voska specialises in employment and social security law. She provides French and foreign groups with advisory and litigation services relating to all aspects of employment law (restructuring operations and corporate reorganisations, staff representatives and trade union organisations, working conditions, expatriation), as well as with litigation services involving the French social security authorities.
Ioanna advises and represents international groups, notably in the banking and luxury sectors, before the competent courts, in litigation regarding restructuring and reorganisation operations, working conditions and international mobility.
Ioanna holds a Diploma of advanced studies (DEA) in employment law from Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne University (2001).
