Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Henri is an associate within Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. He advises industrial players and investment funds of all sizes, as well as entrepreneurs, on their transactions involving listed and unlisted companies. He also advises clients on their governance matters.
Prior to joining Gide, Henri worked for 4 years with a leading U.S. law firm in Paris and New York. He was also seconded to the securities law department of Electricité de France SA.
Henri holds a Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires - DJCE from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (2014) and an LL.M. in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics (2015).
